“Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of herbal and organic products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or expired at the time of delivery.”

1. Limited Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following specific cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received expired
  • Item missing from order

2. Return Request Timeline

Strict 48-Hour Rule

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.Photo/video proof of the issue is mandatory.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used products
Products with broken seals
Herbal supplements & ingestibles
Personal care & hygiene products
Sale or discounted items
Change of mind purchases
Disliked taste, smell, or texture
Individual results/effectiveness

4. Effectiveness Disclaimer

As herbal results vary from person to person based on body type and consistency, returns will not be accepted based on dissatisfaction regarding product outcomes or perceived effectiveness.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

“No Return, Only Replacement”

For approved claims, replacement is the default resolution.

Refunds are issued only after strict internal verification. The company reserves the right to reject invalid or fraudulent return claims.

In case of any approved refunds, it will take 6-8 days to be processed to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will strictly not be accepted.
